• The product must have all tags, accessories, and packaging included (if applicable).
• You must provide your order details and proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

After verification, we will provide a suitable solution such as replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse
• Used or altered products
• Items without original packaging
• Clearance/sale products (unless defective)

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for the return.

Refund Policy

If approved:
